Upround is a game: trade startups with virtual currency at live prices set by the players. Back the ones you believe in, short the ones you don't.
Upround is a game. Every account opens with $10,000 of virtual currency and spends it on the startups it believes in.
A company's price is whatever the players will pay for it, so the board reads as a running argument about what the next big thing is worth. Markets settle on public events: a round announced, an acquisition closed, a batch that graduates.
The currency is virtual and stays that way. Nothing here is a security, nothing changes hands for real money, and none of it is investment advice.
